At Trinca Marine Transmissions, we strive to make your shopping experience a positive one. We accept returns of any unworn, unwashed, or unworn items returned to us within 60 days of delivery.
If you received a damaged or defective item, or if there is any type of error regarding your order (wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item), please contact us at +1 (561) 595-4054 contact @trincamarine.com or via WhatsApp to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Follow these simple procedures to ensure a hassle-free return:
Please ensure all items are returned with original tags and/or packaging
Insure your return package.
We recommend that returns are properly packaged to ensure items are not damaged during transit. Also, please send with some type of delivery receipt.
Please attach a note about the reason for the return. (We just want to know so we can make everyone happy.) Please let us know if we got it wrong!
Please return a copy of the original packing list, including your phone number and email address.
Please allow 3-10 days for us to process your refund to your credit card once we receive your return.
Please note that we will only refund original shipping charges if your order was shipped in error.
If you would like to exchange an item, we strongly recommend that you reorder the item you want and return the original for a refund, as we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be in stock by the time your return reaches us.
We can only accept unworn, unused, unwashed and non-defective items.
Custom and special orders are not eligible for refunds.
Returns must be sent within 60 days of delivery.

We strive for all standard orders to leave our warehouse within 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
All standard orders placed after 8am will be processed the next business day
